    Worst quality never ever seen

    Jay Patel
I recently bought Vento with less then one month and my music system stopped working. I never recommend any one to buy VW as i spend more then 14 Lakh and i have to wait for my car in one month of purchase and i am going to office by auto.

    Decent car, bad services

    Saurabh
I have bought this car about 2 years back, did not have many issues with the car yet, it drives well and stable, decent space, not as good as few competitors, excellent gearbox, steering is little tight. It makes me feel extremely safe inside the cabin. But Yes the services, I am living in Jaipur and having trouble with service people, they do unnecessary things in car service, according to VW standards service for a petrol Vento should cost around 7,000 but every time I end up spending 12-16k, When I have checked the bill. I have seen things are priced so much higher than they are supposed to be. I don't recommend you buying a Volkswagen if you don't want to feel cheated everytime you get your car serviced. Vento has little bit tail heavy issues. It doesn't handle situations as confidently as polo does. Thumbs up to Honda city petrol in this segment. It is way better as a purchase. Vento TSI is giving me average of 11 in city and 17 on highway

    Injectors problem

    sasi gopalan
The injectors of this car fails. in my case at 30,000 kms 2 injectors failed and 59000 the third and 62000 km the 4th one failed. The company did not reply and they have told the agent will reply. One agent says poor quality of fuel can be the reason. Another agent says there are various reasons. As the cost of repair and service is very high, I wanted to sell the car. The resale value is very very low.(not even 25% of the cost) Sasi Gopalan

Personal observation, experiences and expense incurred for maintainance.

    T K SARMAH
Ground clearance is a huge problem for this car particularly in North East . Servicing and spare parts have accumulated increasing degree of dissatisfaction more and more.

The new Vento is only so new. Yes that is pretty much how it goes for most facelifts I know, but some mechanical changes would be nice too, eh?
