Exteriors styling is sharp, in front there are angular sweptback headlamps and honeycomb grille with chrome surrounding. Side panels get prominent character lines and body cladding around muscular wheel arches. Dimensionally, the production version measures slightly smaller than the concept model, otherwise Nissan has kept the styling intact with minimal tweaks.
Nissan Kicks Interiors
Nissan Kicks features five-seat layout in line with rivals like Hyundai Creta and Renault Duster. In terms of features, the international spec model packs in a 7 inch infotainment system with smart phone connectivity, automatic climate control and a flat-bottomed steering wheel.
Nissan Kicks Engine specification & Transmission
Nissan has not revealed the engine specs yet for the Kicks SUV, but in all likelihood the model series will be offered in petrol and diesel fuel options. Transmission options could include manual and CVT units.
Nissan Kicks Competition
If launched in India, Kicks will compete with rivals like Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster, Maruti Suzuki S-Cross and Honda BR-V.
Nissan Kicks Expected Launch
Nissan will start production of Kicks in second half of 2016 and the SUV will first be rolled out in Latin American market followed by other international markets. The possibility of a right hand wheel drive version is still uncertain, although the company has not ruled out the prospects for India launch.
