But this year, Hyundai decided that India will be the first country to witness the second generation of the car which they named as the Elite i20. This one is based on the rather European-esque Fluidic 2.0 design philosophy. The car looks bolder at the front with the hexagonal front grille while the rear reminds you of the Veloster and overall is simply lip-smackingly good. It comes with a 1.2-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel engine which impresses in terms of power delivery and mileage. It's also been partly responsible for the company's fortune in India as this year the company has garnered 21.6% market share, its highest ever since it came to India.
