BMW India has launched a first of its kind after sales benefit program called the BMW Joy Rewards. The company says that it is a special after sales program which offers multiple benefits should you become a part of the BMW family in India. The program offers greater value, convenience and support to customers who have owned a BMW for five years or more. For example, it offers discounts ranging from 14 per cent to 30 per cent on service cost and select parts. The benefits and rewards increase as the years of ownership increase and help reduce the cost of maintenance. The good news is BMW owners can avail the benefits every time they send their cars for service at authorised service centres and dealerships.

The programme will substantially bring down the cost of maintenance as the car matures. Coupled with the unbeatable quality of BMW aftersales service, it will provide greater value and peace of mind to our customers."
The BMW Joy Rewards can be availed on select parts and labour charges apart from service appointments which fall under condition based service (CBS), battery replacement, select suspension parts, front and rear brakes, brake fluid, spark plug, air filter, fuel filter, engine oil and so on and so forth.
Some other luxury car manufacturers might not have branded after sales rewards program but Audi does have periodic service campaigns wherein Audi owners can get discounts on accessories, tyres along with special offers on value added services as well. Audi also has attractive trade-in offers at such periodic service campaigns. While Volvo doesn't offer an after sales program as such, the company does claim to have the most affordable spares and service in its segment, to its customers.
