The 2019 Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets updated with updated styling, inspired from the supersport Kawasaki ZX-10R with sharper profile, twin headlamps and shortened tail section. Ergonomics on the bike have also changed with a new upright riding position and a reduced seat height. The Ninja 650 is powered by a 649 cc parallel-twin engine which belts out 67 bhp of power and 65.7 Nm of torque. With a six-speed gearbox, the bike now gets a slipper clutch and sheds 15 kg over the outgoing version – thanks to a new trellis frame and swingarm. ABS is now offered as standard, and the new digital instrument console gets a gearshift indicator as well. Priced at Rs 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
