Hero Splendor iSmart 110 is the second motorcycle in Hero’s iSmart range, powered by the new 110cc engine with Hero’s i3S technology, the motorcycle claims to return impressive fuel economy. Developed by Hero’s in-house engineers, this is the first indigenously developed motorcycle from the homegrown two-wheeler manufacturer post its split with Honda.
The second bike in Hero’s iSmart range, Splendor iSmart 110 is designed and developed in-house by Hero MotoCorp’s engineers; hence this is the first independently developed motorcycle by the company after it parted ways with Honda power comes from the new 110cc engine BS IV compliant engine with i3S technology which shuts the engine automatically after ten seconds in neutral state transmission duties are carried over by a four-speed gearbox in terms of design.

Built on the double cradle frame, Hero Splendor iSmart 110 is styled similar to the current gen splendor to lend it a sense of freshness, Hero has added few additional elements such as new alloy wheels, new headlamp unit with automatic headlamp on feature, tubeless tyres, new tail lamp and split grab brail adding to the sporty flair.
Hero Splendor iSmart 110 Engine Specifications & Transmission
Power is derived from the new 110cc, BS IV compliant, air-cooled, single cylinder, four-stroke engine pumping out maximum power of 9.bhp at 7500rpm and 9Nm of torque at 5500rpm a four-speed transmission is linked to the engine to transmit power to wheels the i3S technology (idle-start-stop system) turns off the engine within 10 seconds in idle state and to restart, all one needs to do is to pull the clutch. This also aides in increased fuel economy and the motorcycle is claimed to return best-in-class mileage. The bike sprints from rest to 60km/h within 7.45 seconds.
