Our first stop for the day is Malaysian border check post.

Jul 26, 2016
Hello Malaysia!
Dramatic skies and rain greeted us in lush green Malaysia. This place is like two countries in one, cleaved in half by the South China Sea. While peninsula boasts of bustling cities, colonial architecture, breathtaking tea plantations and perfect islands, East Malaysia or Malaysian Borneo hosts wild jungles, granite peaks and remote tribes, along with some pretty spectacular diving spots.

The Sights And Sounds At The Border
That's Goliath and we are the David! When it takes 4 hours to cross a border, your thoughts and jokes can get jaded.

Jul 26, 2016
Apart from the team, the cars also needed to crossover and so we had to use the checking point normally used by heavy vehicles like trucks - hence we had to really reach out!

Jul 26, 2016
Cars go through massive checks as we head out of Singapore.

The Third Day of The Asian Leg Adventure Begins: It’s Time For Border Crossing!
We are heading towards Malaysia from Singapore, currently at the border crossing - waiting to get into the new country.

Jul 26, 2016
Now crossing the Straits of Johor - this is after leaving Singapore but before officially entering Malaysia.

The Straits of Johor separates the Malaysian state of Johor on mainland Eurasia to the north from Singapore to the south.

Jul 26, 2016
In anticipation, as we close in on yet another big landmark - our next destination is Malaysia, a place known for its captivating cityscapes, breathtaking tea plantations and traditional island life.
